First day in Europe

Hello Everyone! Well we can finally use the internet. Took us a long time to get to Europe, but we are finally here. Our flight from the US was fine and we actually made it just in time for us to board..almost late! So we get into Paris...actually the flight from Philadelphia left a little late which made us worry. We only had about 20 minutes to spare. We get into Paris at 10am and our flight to Barcelona left at 11:20am. We get off the plane and have no idea where to go. Four word for you....We hate Paris airport! There were no signs for Terminal 3 and of course no one could speak English..no even the security guards. So we stumble upon someone who could speak a little English. By this time we only had a few minutes to spare..not really enough time. we had to take a bus to the terminal which stopped at two places before ours. We are geting soo nervous at this point. So the bus drops us off about 1/8 mile from terminal three..so we push it into 5th gear and get to terminal three. There is a line to get your boarding pass. By this time it was 10 minutes to 11am. At 11 the clerk says they aren't taking anymore passengers. There were 6 people in front of us and we are all outraged. It's like we have time to get on the plane. After 20 minutes of arguing he gives up and leaves...so we are basically stranded. The clerk told us that we were assured to be on the next flight out at 9:30pm. So we are stuck in the terminal for 10 hours...thats not the bad news. That flight so happened to be full. We weren't guaranteed a seat on that plane, but we were guaranteed a seat on the 11:30pm flight. So by then we sick of arguing and just gave up. So we didn't get into Barcelona unto 2 am Friday morning as opposed to 1pm Thursday. To be continued.....
